I've passed an NDIS audit. I'll get you ready for yours.
Practical audit preparation for NDIS providers, from someone who has sat on the provider's side of the table as compliance and systems manager. Whether it's your first registration or your next renewal, you'll walk in knowing what the auditor will ask.
How I help NDIS providers
Mock audit
A realistic run-through against the NDIS Practice Standards. You get a written list of gaps, ranked by risk.
Policy and procedure review
Your documents checked against the standards and against what your staff actually do.
Incidents, complaints and risk
Registers and processes that hold up under audit and help you manage the business.
Worker records and training
Screening, qualifications and training records checked before the auditor samples them.
Audit-day support
I help you prepare your team and evidence, then stay on hand while the audit runs.
After the audit
Corrective action plans for any non-conformities, closed out properly.
Who it's for
New providers seeking registration
Build the policies, registers and evidence the auditor expects, sized for a small team.
Providers facing renewal or a mid-term audit
A fresh pair of eyes on systems that have drifted since the last audit.
Providers with non-conformities to close
Clear corrective actions, evidence of change, and a system that stops the same finding coming back.
Questions providers ask
Can you do our audit?
No. NDIS audits are carried out by approved quality auditors. I prepare you for the audit and stay independent of the auditor, which keeps your result clean.
Verification or certification?
It depends on the supports you deliver. Certification audits are more thorough and cover higher-risk supports. I'll confirm which applies to you on our first call.
What does a mock audit involve?
I review your documents and records against the Practice Standards, talk to key staff, and give you a written list of gaps ranked by risk.
We're a small provider. Is this worth it?
Small providers have the least time to fix findings after the fact. A focused review now usually costs less than a failed audit.
Book 20 minutes.
Tell me where you are and where you need to get to. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you who is.
